It is in these years that Marino Comar, strengthened by his will to succeed, started his experiences and laid down the foundations of his business.
This is how he started his company, first he was a labourer in a small firm, and then he inverted the roles and became the owner. In 1949 he built his first house, which only represented a starting point in a long series of projects which have always been distinguished by a constant search for quality in workmanship and materials. His work has always been characterised by great attention to architectural detail and finishing and by a remarkable awareness in what he offers, always thinking about who is to live there.
In 1980 the main activity of the company passed into the hands of his son Andrea, new blood, new ideas.
